Here is a list of our schedules fleet services.


SCHEDULE "C" SERVICE $395.00 ALL FLUIDS, ALL FILTERS AND 78 POINT INSPECTION

**DOES NOT INCLUDE PARTS, HAZARDOUS WASTE FEE, SHOP SUPPLY FEE OR TAX**

1. FRONT AXLE & STEERING Inspect power steering, check front wheel toe-in, check tie rod ends, drag links, steering gear, king pins & bushings, adjust drag link and steering gear, repack wheel bearings

2. REAR AXLE Examine breather vent, check for oil leaks, examine drive line/mid length, tighten differential mounting bolts, drain and refill, tighten axle shaft flange screws

3. BODY & CAB Inspect body and 5th wheel mountings, check and tighten cab hardware, inspect frame and brackets, tighten mounts, check engine mounts, check bumper and radiator mounts, inspect/tighten/repair springs and shcackles/air bags &/or walking beams, inspect exhaust pipe and muffler

4. BATTERY Examine cables and mounting

5. ENGINE inspect for fuel/oil/water leaks, change all filters, check starter operation, check starter instruments, check engine operation, check governor operation, check fuel pump and change fuel filters, use intruments and check electrical generating system, change spark plugs/wires/cap/rotor (gasoline engine)

6. INSTRUMENTS Check oil pressure cold and hot, check instruments and recordings, try signaling devices, check back up alarms, try windshield wipers and washers, inspect lights reflectors and mirrors, try defrosters and heaters

7. BRAKES Drain air tanks, inspect all hoses and tubing, check air compressor air inlet cleaner, adjust service brakes, adjust parking brakes, check lining thickness, check operation of all brake valves, inspect brake diaphragms

8. LUBRICATION Lubricate the following: chassis and accessories, cab hardware and door latches, universal joints, bay doors; Check lubricant levels: steering gear box, transmission main/auxilliary/differential, change engine oil, change oil filter cartridge, service air cleaners and breathers, Hydraulic Brake System: check fluid level of master cylinder(s)

9. CLUTCH & TRANSMISSION Check clutch action, adjust clutch pedal, drain and refill transmission, inspect transmission for oil leaks, test mainshaft for looseness, tighten mounting bolts

10. COOLING SYSTEM Fill radiator & examine for leaks, flush and fill cooling system, pressure test cooling system, check anti-freeze, check all hoses, check all belts & adjust, check shutter system

11. WHEELS & TIRES Check tire inflations, check condition of tires, recrod tread depth, check rims for cracks, check wedges, retorque, tighten wheel lugs.
