A. Anthony’s conducted a pre-purchase Maryland state inspection on a vehicle that I was purchasing for my son. The customer service was top notch and the cost of repairs was fair. Genette took her time with me to review the very detailed inspection report. Genette provided pictures of the issues that needed to be addressed and explained the suggested repairs in the order of priority. I live 30 mins away, but I have found my “go to” shop for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

I was experiencing issues with my car and I was worried about how I was going to get it repaired since I moved here from out of state. I had my car towed to D. Anthony’s Automotive and Genette and her staff took great care of me from start to finish. When I got my car back, it was driving like new. My car is driving so much better and it doesn’t take long to accelerate and reach a good speed since the coils were replaced. I’m very happy with the improvements with my car and I will be returning in the future to get other repairs done. Also, Genette demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness to my concerns with the cost of repair and the amount of time needed to do the repair. D. Anthony’s Automotive provided top of the line professionalism and I will definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs their car serviced.

Ms. Henry, I know how nervous you were about driving your Kia. It was running rough and stalling. Anytime a Check Engine Light comes on it can make you worry. I was glad I could show you what my mechanic found on your car with our digital vehicle inspection and explain it to you. Replacing the Spark Plugs and Ignition Coils was not fixed the running condition but it was a great idea for the overall maintenance too. Being new to the area, I can only imagine how you must have felt trying to find a new auto shop. I am glad you chose me and my shop. I appreciate the time you took to share your experience and again I welcome you to our Automotive Family!
