Very bad experience. More focused on ways to have you spend more money.
Mr. Brown, our clients and their experiences are very important to us. I need to apologize that your experience made you feel this way. I take my responsibility as a professional to make you aware of the condition of your vehicle very seriously--especially when you are considering investing in a significant repair. I took you initial phone call and your primary concern was a noise you believed to be your front wheel bearings. You and I agreed we would have a technician confirm that was the cause. After you and the technician test drove the vehicle together to agree which noise you were concerned about, he evaluated your car. You did in fact have defective front wheel bearings, along with other steering and suspension concerns, and engine concerns. I do not believe it would be fair to you to allow you to spend money on a repair without making you completely aware of what you truly need. Therefore a complete estimate for all of the findings were provided for you to make an informed decision. After choosing to focus solely on the wheel bearings, we began work. During the repair procedure, we did come across a completely unforeseeable seized component. While you exercised your right to stop repairs at that point, again, I gave you all of the information you needed to make your decision. In fact I said it is not about the money for me--it is about knowing we have identified an issue that you need to know about. My last words to you were about my commitment to standing behind my work. I do. 100% each and every job. You, your vehicle, and what we provide are that important. I know you have been to several shops and dealerships with your vehicle and while I had hoped to be your new automotive home, I wish you the best of luck in your search to find the shop for you. In the meantime, you and your vehicle are always welcome and again, my team and I care about your needs. Thank you for the opportunity to help.
