A very thorough and professional service center. A detailed photo/video diagnostic was done and shared with me so I could see with my own eyes exactly where and what the issues were. The staff was very helpful in explaining some of the details to me, as I am not particularly savvy in the area of auto repair. They were also very efficient and I had my car back in no time! No delays, no hassles! Excellent customer service with a follow up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great communication. They also help you set up a car care plan so that maintenance can be performed in a timely fashion before greater problems occur. I will be definitely be going back to my next service appointment.

What can I say? Genette was such a pleasure to work with today. It was my first time going to her shop for an inspection, and when I got there, I was greeted with a big smile and a very informative rundown of what to expect for my car. She even discussed what the state requires for the inspection and how it differs from my home state of Texas. Genette let me know where to sit and find complimentary refreshments, as well as how long the inspection would take. The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend her shop. She is very sweet and knowledgeable and makes you feel valued as a customer. I'll definitely be coming back!
