Great customer service and would highly recommend!

Honestly, this was my first time at a mechanic shop and the experience was exceptional. They provided a ride to and from my home, which was incredibly convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole process comfortable. I was impressed with the efficiency of their diagnostic services and the fact that they offer financing options is a huge plus. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop and will definitely return for future car needs.

I found out on Sunday that I desperately needed an MD state inspection for my vehicle in order to work on the following day, Monday. I found several places in the area that conduct these inspections; however, they were all closed on Sundays. I sent out several frantic emails to over 10 auto shops in the area to see if I could get an appointment for the inspection on the following day. I assumed no one would respond since it was Sunday and everyone was closed; however, Genette (the owner of Anthony's) responded most promptly to my message. She told me the price of the inspection and indicated that I could come in the next day at 8:30 am to get my car inspected. Side note: out of all the 10 places I called for an estimate for a state inspection, this place was the most affordable! In addition, Genette offered me a complimentary ride home to and from their shop after dropping my car off for the inspection. AMAZING! Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment shortly after due to extenuating circumstances; however, I am so very IMPRESSED with their customer service. They did not have to respond to my message till Monday when their shop opened, but they chose to do so on a Sunday afternoon, just to assist someone in need. I don't know if it's just me, but 80% of auto shops/garage employees I interact with are not always friendliest, as they can come across as abrasive; however, I got great vibes all around from this place. Thank you so much again for your help Genette - it's greatly appreciated! I will definitely use your services in the future.
