Ok 2 instrument clusters and a month later I still can't tell how Mich gas I have. 1st day I went to this place I was told they could program of to my vehicle, Kevin says to me how I'm gonna need info from my vehicle to send to the place but never got more then mileage. Get the 1st cluster it didn't work, ordered another & still nothing, but hold on isn't it supposed to be programmed why are you treating it like plug & play. Oh we can't program it go to dealership and instead of being 0 miles it had 141000 + miles on the new cluster and dealership couldn't do anything with it now you want to charge me another $150.00 to have it zeroed & programmed come on WTF?
I take customer satisfaction very seriously. Upon reviewing your experience with the Service Director, Keven, I was informed that you requested a used instrument cluster. Unfortunately, when it comes to odometer readings, there are regulations that must be adhered to. I would love to discuss this further with you at your convenience.
