After an inspection, they said $2500 for all repairs. Took the car elsewhere and they did everything for $1750. It's crazy I have to say this, but taking advantage of people who look like they don't know any better is WRONG. tags: inspection, money

Your sister was given a Digital Vehicle Inspection along with her State Inspection. It showed images that had been labeled and identified to show what was needed and why. A detailed estimate was sent to your sister and our Service Advisor went over each item line by line. You had mentioned to me directly that you work at an auto shop. You should know that there are certainly different types of parts available at different price points--everything from economy to performance. We select part brands based on the type of vehicle and the intended use. I need to give peace of mind that the service we provide is going to be good for my client, the car, and my company; we strive to deliver outstanding service with an amazing warranty at a fair price. While your review mentions two total prices, I don't know how it lines up to what we were offering. What I can say is what I myself as an auto repair shop offered: 3 year/36,000 mile part and labor warranty, nationwide assistance, and full transparency. I gave your sister a link to Repair Pal to shop out and price compare our prices to 50 other shops in our zip code as well and gave those quotes to her in print. Your review does not mention that your sister had authorized all of the repairs at my shop. When it comes to the people we serve, we know they need options. Here are several we offer: parts that may not come with our full 3 year/36,000 mile warranty, no-credit required financing tools, and prioritizing repairs to fit within our client's budget. Again, I am so very glad you (with your personal auto shop experience) were able to get the repairs for your sister and save her money. I know relocating to a new state is difficult. The place was super clean, everyone I dealt with was very polite. The process was very efficient. Unfortunately my car did not pass inspection but only for a few minor safety issues which they explained to me in detail. I would definitely recommend them.

They are so good. They make you feel at home and the service is pleasantly great. Highly recommend for anybody, better to take what ever problems you have to them instead of anywhere else.

Didn’t bother to clean the tires after they put them back on rims were filthy and covered in a thin black coating. Besides that good fast service

I inspected the before and after images that we took of the vehicle to see the thin black coating. I was not able to see it in the images, however I will be more than happy to have your rims cleaned for you. Part of our quality control procedures are to make sure that our services and repairs are confirmed and the vehicle is spot-checked. Another 5 Star Experience with Genette & Crew @ A. Anthony's Mobile Service. I had an electrical issue with my son's car that drained his battery completely (on a consistent basis) after sitting idol for about a week resulting in me hooking my truck up to recharge the battery for at least 1 hour. Note: replaced the battery twice thinking I had a bad battery. I purchased this car used from a dealer and for the most part, it runs fine however, the total history is limited outside of the work performed by A. Anthony's. After having the car for a few weeks, the mechanical team identified the root cause was extra amplifier cables were installed by the previous owner and not connected slpwly drawing power from my battery. I thank you once again for all of your help and job well done. I highly recommend A. Anthony's for all your car mechanical needs. Thanks again Genette & Crew!
