I generally have a lot of anxiety when it comes to finding a reliable trustworthy mechanic, and I was admittedly a little freaked out when I got the inspection results and estimates (my car is 18 years old and I don't have a lot of money LOL). But they helped me prioritize the work needed to keep it within my budget, and they even fixed one of my sensors for free (the issue arose after the initial estimate/invoice was paid, and ended up requiring another half a day to diagnose/fix). Beyond that, what really struck me the most was the good vibes and kindness of the people running the place - Genette & Charly really seem like good people, and I feel peace of mind coming back here again, which means a lot!
